**Terms and Conditions: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation and the balance is due on arrival at the property, prior to check-in. Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of the 50% deposit. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival, forfeit the 50% deposit in its entirety. Bookings may be modified once within 7 days of arrival and the non-refundable 50% deposit will be applied to the modified booking. Only registered guests are allowed in the room. The primary guest on the booking must present a valid Barbadian ID at the time of check in. If a valid Barbados ID is not presented, the reservation rate will be updated to the best available rate of the day. Bookings are subject to the availability of the Staycation Special at the time of reservation.

These one, two and three bedroom luxurious holiday accommodations offer premium furnishings, spacious ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens and laundry areas, and spacious terraces with outdoor dining and endless views. These suites can comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 persons.
hawksbill penthouses
These spectacular penthouses feature three large ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area, spacious living areas and a large ocean-view terrace with outdoor dining. These penthouses also feature a private roof sun terrace.
leatherback penthouse
This stunning deluxe five bedroom penthouse enjoys breathtaking ocean views and provides a sophisticated level of elegant comfort with all the essentials and more.
This five bedroom penthouse accommodates up to 10 adults.
